Days Inn Enterprise Alabama

The office staff misplaced our "file card" and thought that we had checked out; we got no maid service the first night and later found out that another couple had been given keys to our room while we were out. Our beds were not comfortable. We will not be returning.

The room was a very good bargain for the price. The continental breakfast was OK but was all carbs and very high in sugar content. No fresh fruit or high protein. Other than that, I was very pleased. Very quiet hotel and area.

our stay was very good. very quiet. a great breakfast. staff was very friendly. we would stay again in the fall when we return when our grandson gets his wings.

The hotel was in an ideal location, with plenty of food and shopping nearby. Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was better than I expected for the price. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Our reservations were for "non-smoking" rooms since my granddaughter has asthma. We got "smoking" rooms, which was not pleasant--all of our sinuses are messed up this week. That was my only complaint. I would recommend the hotel based on quality for the money. It was a good deal price-wise.

had a neighbor playing music way too loud,called front desk at 10pm.& 10min.later quiet as a mouse......nice room!!!!

The hotel was great. I would stay there again with out any hesitation. The employee's were friendly and very helpful.

Hotel staff cordial and effeicent. Rooms good size and comfortable. Linens clean and lots of pillows.

The Days Inn brand has been upheld in grand style in Enterprise, Alabama. Because of the price, I was a little leery. But I was pleasantly surprised by the clean, fresh, spacious room! Thank you!

It is not clean. Outside looks great but once you open the door you will be disappointed.

We spent 2 nights here - rooms were clean, nicely decorated. Continental breakfast was ok - could have included better fresh fruit selection - but overall, we were very pleased, and would definitely stay here again!

We came to Enterprise for a Fort Rucker graduation event. The hotel was conveniently located to the Fort's gate and was very close to local eating places. We were happy with our choice of hotel. A good time was had by all.

Okay place, but slightly rundown. Also, I reserved a nonsmoking room, but received a smoking one.

When arriving at the hotel I had my confirmation from hotels.com stating that I had booked two NON Smoking rooms. When I checked in the Hotel attendent told me what they recieved from Hotels.com was 1 smoking and 1 non smoking. I showed them the copy of my confirmation andt hey were unwilling to change the reservation due to their paperwork. When I insisted that they make accomadations, they were unable to accomadate us with any non smoking room to replace the smoking room. We had to stay in the smoking room and it was very uncomfortable. Our stay was Friday July 6 checking out on Sunday July 7th. Becuase we were not accomadated with a non smoking room we checked out after the first day and had to find another hotel 30 miles away from our family reunion. I've used Hotels.com on several occasions and never had an issue. I'm very disapointed by this expierience. We are out the money for both nights at this hotel and we are also out the money for the additional rooms we had to stay in.

I am hpoing it is simply because it was a smoking room that the walls and doors were so dirty... it seemed as if they didnt bother to wash or paint them... the facilities were clean otherwise...
